What is it that grabs hold of my heart and speaks to my spirit? I believe it is truth. When my mind is unsure, my spirit never fails me. There have been times when I tried to ignore or forget what I knew to be true but that never really sticks. My spirit is always with me, whispering to my physical self that what I am seeing, hearing or feeling...

When I listen, really listen, to those whispers only I can hear, I am calmed and I have faith in my Heavenly Father's plan for me. I feel uplifted, even in the midst of seemingly unbearable trials.
